Access to ar99 is strictly limited to adults aged 18 and over. CNIC-based age verification is mandatory prior to any withdrawal.
Each individual may hold only one ar99 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited per our duplicate account policy.
All bonuses awarded on ar99 are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal eligibility.
ar99 prohibits any form of bonus abuse, collusion, chip dumping, arbitrage betting, or use of automated software to gain unfair advantage.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their ar99 login credentials. Shared account access violates these terms.

By registering an Account on ar99, by making a deposit, or by placing any bet or wager through the ar99 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with the ar99 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an Account or use any ar99 service. ar99 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ar99. Players are advised to retain a copy of these terms at the time of registration for their records.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or use any real-money service on ar99. ar99 strictly enforces this requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any remaining balance will be returned to the payment source where technically possible. ar99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point.
3.2 Legal Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that participating in online casino gaming and sports betting is lawful in your specific location before registering or depositing. ar99 does not provide legal advice. The Platform does not represent that its services are lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you have made this determination independently.
3.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one Account on ar99. The registration of duplicate Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ar99 may close all but the first registered Account, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate Account activity pending investigation.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of ar99. Providing false registration information, including a false name, date of birth, or mobile number, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
3.5 KYC Verification. ar99 requires KYC verification — including submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC — before processing any withdrawal request. KYC documents will be reviewed by the ar99 compliance team. ar99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory KYC completion.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ar99 username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. ar99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. If you believe that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ar99 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support function. ar99 will investigate and, where appropriate, take steps to secure the Account pending investigation.
4.3 Account Inactivity. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. ar99 may deduct an administrative maintenance fee from inactive Account balances as specified in the current fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by SMS prior to any fee being applied.
4.4 Non-Transferability. ar99 Accounts, balances, bonuses, and any VIP loyalty tier status are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.
5.1 Accepted Methods. ar99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
5.2 Deposit Currency. All deposits are processed and credited to your PKR Wallet in Pakistani Rupees. Deposits made in foreign currency will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. ar99 is not responsible for currency conversion variances imposed by your bank or payment provider.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the ar99 Cashier page and may differ by payment method. ar99 reserves the right to update minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to fund the Account or as otherwise approved by ar99 compliance. ar99 reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds.
5.5 Processing Times. ar99 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for verified accounts under normal operational conditions. VIP tier members receive priority or same-day processing as specified in the current VIP programme terms. ar99 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. ar99 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. All transactions are monitored. Suspicious transaction activity will be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Accounts subject to AML investigation may have withdrawals suspended pending review.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and other promotional offers provided by ar99 are subject to the wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and other conditions specified in the applicable promotion terms published on the Platform at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to an Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before they become eligible for withdrawal. Where a deposit bonus and real money funds are combined in the same wallet, withdrawals will be processed from the Real Money Balance first unless otherwise specified.
6.3 Abuse of Bonuses. ar99 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend Accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times through multiple Accounts; wagering only on games that do not contribute to or minimally contribute to wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with genuine gaming activity; and using Bonus Funds in a manner designed solely to circumvent wagering requirements.
6.4 Modification of Promotions. ar99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. ar99 will not be liable to any Player for any loss arising from the modification or withdrawal of a promotion.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. ar99 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet placed on the Platform at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. This includes limiting maximum stake amounts or maximum winnings for any player or market.
7.2 Void Bets. ar99 may void bets where there is evidence of a clear pricing error, technical malfunction, or where the market integrity of a sporting event has been compromised. Void bets will have the stake returned to the Player's PKR Wallet.
7.3 Cricket and PSL Markets. All cricket betting markets on ar99, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, international T20, Test, and one-day international matches, are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform. In-play bets are accepted subject to live data feed availability and ar99's right to suspend in-play betting at any time.
7.4 Casino Games. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software. ar99 does not manipulate game outcomes. Malfunction or disconnection during a game round may result in the bet being voided and the stake returned to the Player's balance. Technical malfunction voids all pays and plays unless otherwise specified in individual game rules.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any ar99 content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised commercial use of ar99 intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
10.1 ar99 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. ar99 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability, technical faults, or service interruption.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ar99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 ar99 accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business, or loss of data.
10.4 ar99 is not responsible for any taxes, levies, or other financial obligations that a Player may incur in their jurisdiction as a result of winnings received through the Platform.

12.1 ar99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or threat to Platform integrity.
12.2 Where an Account is closed for verified Terms breach or fraud, ar99 reserves the right to withhold the balance of that Account pending investigation. Any Real Money Balance remaining in an Account closed for reasons other than breach of terms will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the satisfactory resolution of any outstanding investigations.
12.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ar99 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed after any pending bets are settled and subject to any outstanding KYC requirements.
ar99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ar99 will publish the updated terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Where possible, ar99 will notify active Account holders of significant changes via the registered mobile number. Your continued use of the ar99 Platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ar99 is licensed to operate.
